Do website products come directly from Odoo?
Yes. Products published for the website in Odoo appear in the shop with Odoo-managed pricing, variants and availability.
How do I pay?
Available payment methods appear in Odoo's secure checkout. Options depend on the payment providers enabled by Noel's.
Can I view my order history?
Yes. Sign in to My Account to view orders and other available portal records.
Prescriptions
Does uploading guarantee that medicine will be dispensed?
No. An upload creates a review request. A pharmacist must review the prescription, confirm it can be fulfilled and contact you about the next step.
What file types can I upload?
PDF, PNG, JPG and JPEG files are accepted. You may upload up to five files, with a maximum of 10 MB each.
Can I track my request?
Requests submitted while signed in appear under My Prescriptions in your customer portal. Guest submissions are confirmed with a reference number.

When should I come to collect?
Please wait until Noel's confirms that your order or prescription is ready before visiting for collection.
Is delivery always available?
Delivery options depend on the order, address and product or prescription requirements. The available choices are shown or confirmed during the process.
